The Wheels on the Bus...

Go 'round and 'round. Madison and Simon managed to entertain themselves by turning the couch into a bus. As you can see, both of them enjoy singing the song and not many days go by where we don't sing it at least once!

Ballerina Time

Madison was invited to a dance class with one of her friends. As you can see by the smile on her face, she was pretty excited to get all dressed up and dance! To see a few more pictures, click here.

Here are Madison and Simon entertaining each other by sliding down the stairs. They kept quite busy climbing back up and sliding down over and over. (Of course they were laughing hysterically as they saw the frightened look on my face each time!) 

Say cheese!

Having Terron and her mom and dad visit this weekend was lots of fun. The hard part was trying to get pictures with all 3 kids together! We were finally able to get one of them on the couch before bedtime.

The Statue of Liberty

Here is Madison all dressed up and ready to get some candy. Once we were out trick-or-treating, she didn't want to go back home until her bucket was full!! She picked out her costume all by herself and was quite excited to be the Statue of Liberty. To see some other Halloween fun, click here.

Here is Spiderman ready to go trick-or-treating. He had a great time riding in the wagon and saying "thank you" to all the people that gave him candy!

You decide...

Well, here is the carved pumpkin. (A hah, some of you noticed that it is quite bigger than the one in the other picture. We went to carve the one she got at the pumpkin patch, but it was rotten.) Some people say it is silly, some say it is scary. What do you think?

Each time I tried to take Simon's picture this morning, he would come running toward the camera yelling "cheese"!

Boy, it sure does hurt when you bump your head!

Now that Simon knows how to climb up the rock steps on the playground, he is constantly going down the slide!

 

Up, up, and away!

Montoursville had their annual hot air balloon festival this past weekend. We saw lots of balloons in the sky and got the chance to walk into a balloon that was partially inflated on the ground. (Madison had to be assured it wasn't hot inside before going in...she was thinking since it was a hot air balloon, then it must be hot inside!)

 

Fun at the beach

At the end of August we traveled to the beach to see Uncle Jonathon and Ann get married. Check back soon for a link to see more pictures. (Mommy doesn't remember how to do that part!) As you can see, we had lots of fun playing in the sand.

Guess it is never too early to have them start helping around the house! After bringing this toy broom home, both kids couldn't get enough of it. They still enjoy sweeping up piles and using the dustbuster to pick it up!
